Boating is a passion of mine, and I have a lot of strong Anchors in my life. My family, my friends, the outdoors, crafting, and the love for seeing people get back to doing what they want to do. For making changes in how a body works and teaching others how it is all connected. My education comes from my undergraduate degree at the University of Northern Iowa and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University. I have further certifications in Achievement of Obstetric Physical Therapy, Applied Functional Science, Therapeutic Dry Needling, ASTYM, and advanced Clinical Instructor. I hold additional training in visceral mobilization and pain science.
